Connect the FAM App with Apple Health (HealthKit):
1.
Open the FAM app on your iPhone.
2.
Go to the Profile option.
3.
Select Sync with Health App
4.
Follow the on-screen instructions and grant the necessary permissions for data sharing (e.g., Steps, Calories, Heart Rate, Distance, Activities).
5.
Once permissions are allowed, your data will automatically sync between the FAM app and Apple Health.
